What's up guys!! SECOND WEEK IN PERU DONE LETS GOOOO!!!! Yo it's so crazy here oh my gosh. This place is so nuts I can't believe I actually made it. I've been dreaming about being here since May 11 2022 when I got assigned here so THIS IS LIT!! I'm still struggling with the food and heat here big time lol. My stomach is absolutely destroyed every day which was been brutal. I eat the same exact lunch every day so it makes it tougher haha. You know the feeling where u eat a food and it makes you super sick so like afterwards u just can't eat the food anymore cause it makes u sick everytime and it just sounds super gross to u now? Maybe that only happens with me but that has happened with the food here lol. It wrecks me. I've got some getting used to to do. So it's also like 90-95 degrees outside and our apartment is like 100 degrees without AC and our bathroom is like 105 degrees bro I swear there's like a freaking hidden heater in that room. YOOOO I GOT MY VISA EVERYONE!!! my mission president called yesterday and gave me the news and he already has my travel arrangements to fly out April 10th at 10:55 LET'S GOOOOO!!! literally I've never prayed for something so hard in my life and I got it!!! I couldn't be more excited! this is the second happiest moment in my life only to the time when I 1v1ed Cooper Kesler in 8th grade and we tied. SOO HAPPY!! also I hit six months the other day as a missionary!! Elder Phippen put it best in his email when he said, "it's been the longest and shortest six months of my life." such facts. only 18 months left to represent the Savior of the world!!! the past couple weeks have been pretty sick too!! we had transfers a week and a half ago and my new companion is Elder Beltran snd he's 5 foot 3 and Mexican and it's so funny he has the voice of a chain smoker. we work soo hard together and we've found like 25 new people to teach in the past two weeks! YOOOO WHATS UP EVERYONE!! It had actually happened, I made it to Peru!!! Its so wild here oh my gosh I dont even know where to start!! If i could describe it in one word I'd say it is literally the hottest place in the world. It is not even funny how hot it is. Like it's only 90-95 which isn't bad but the humidity is INSANE!!!! I kid you not, from the second I got off the plane, I have not stopped sweating. Now you might be reading this thinking that I'm just trying to be funny or making a joke. I swear I am not. I am dripping wet 24/7. Ight I'm gonna start at the beginning of the week though. So I flew from Phoenix to New York City and met a bunch of other missionaries there who are going to Peru and we had like a 5 hour layover so we all played card games which was lit. YOOOOO ITS HAPPENING EVERYONE!!! I literally get picked up for my flight in like 30 minutes so I have like 2 minutes to write an email real quick! I started travelling today and it's 30 straight hours of teaveling for me and my boy Elder Frye and we go to new York first, then Lima, then Piura. I AM SO EXCITED!! I can't believe the day has actually come! this week was great though we went to the Mesa Easter Pageant and it was SOOO SICK!!! such a spiritual experience!  I don't have any time sorry but just remembering that Christ lives and loves us. everything we have is because of him.  "the nails didnt keep Jesus on the cross, you did."
