Hey what's up everyone! This is a little late lol, this was meant for last week but I just noticed I forget to send it:) This week has been soooo good!! Me and my comp have been mostly just GRINDING to try and find a new apartment, try to know the members, find ANYONE who will listen to us, and get to know the area. We still haven't found an apartment so we walk like 2 miles to our area everyday:( But we've met some amazing members and I LOVE THEM! We've also had some insane miracles! So we received a reference from a guy named Manuel. He told us to call him right away so we called and he told us that he's a member and hasn't gone to church for 30 years but his family isnt members. After days of literally trying to explain Manuel how to send his location to us, we had a lesson AND PUT HIS DAUGHTER ON DATE! hey what's up this past week has actually been wild but its been so good! so last week we had a leadership meeting with President and he told us zone leaders that the next transfer, he was going to drop down most of the more experienced zone leaders down to train the new guys coming in. he wasn't lying. on Tuesday, we got transfer news and I found out I'm training!!  not just that, but I'm going to a city right along the beach called Paita and I'm opening up a brand new area! on Wendesday, on my last day in my old area Tacalá, we went and said goodbye to all my friends there and it was sooooo sad! I hated it. This past week has been super good!! It was Halloween last week and I guess they don't celebrate that here lol. I asked a bunch of kids if they were excited for Halloween and they all told me me, "no why would I be excited, only Satanists and witches celebrate it." These kids have no idea the joy of when a random guy drops a king sized Snickers in your pillow case, or seeing a bowl of candy on a front porch unattended lol. We met this new family who's super cool!! Their names are Henry, Emiliano, Renato, Roxanna, and Blanca. We had a super good lesson with them on Saturday and then Saturday night we called and invited them to church and Henry said, "oh ya I was gonna ask you guys if we could go, but since you didn't invite us in the lesson, I assumed we weren't allowed to go."
