KARAOKE NIGHT

Hey guys whats up! As I write this email my comp is giving me a haircut and he just messed me up so bad. I guess I'm getting another buzz cut!!


This week was really good and fast! One of the things that I don't like as a zone leader is always having to chew out elderes when they do something wrong because I hate feeling like in being rude to someone. I had to do that a A LOT this week lol and I think I'll have to send an elder home. They're all great misioneros but I hate seeing them not live up to their potential.


I got to do a couple fun exchanges and one of them was like an hour and a half bus ride with this absolute SWEATHEART Elder Sanchez. He sung me hymns for an hour on the bus ride, explained for 20 minutes why Kung Fu Panda 2 is the greatest movie of all time, and bought me my own cake. I love that kid


We have 5 good friends who are progressing who were all gonna get baptized next week and they all said they wanna wait a week longer:( Pray for them that they make it cause I loveee them!!


This past week our ward had a karaoke night and I got there, and that place was dead. I grabbed the mic and told them to put on my song Vivir Mi Vida. I had that place goin CRAZYYYY!! They all got thei phones and and were recording and hyping me up. I love these people.


Other than that I'm doing really good! I'm having a ton of fun out here!  I hope you, all have a good week:)

Merry Christmas

Hey everyone merry Christmas! I hope you all had a good Christmas! This week was pretty good we had a lot of stuff happen! So last Wednesday we had out huge mission Christmas party which was lit. We met up with the whole mission and the party didn't end a little after midnight and we still had to get on our bus and get home, so we didn't get to bed til about 2. Then the next morning we got up at 5:30 to get on the bus again and go to Piura again for our Multi zone conference in Piura. Then we came back home on the bus again late that night. Super exhausting but super fun! We've been able to find a good amount of people this week and we've seen a lot of success! It's been super fun lately in our area and me and my comp have so much fun together. On Saturday, we were in the area Mi Perú which is the poorest area in the whole city and the poorest place I've seen in my whole mission. DENGUE AGAIN

Hey how's its going! these last few weeks have been pretty good! A couple weeks ago we had a baptism for Kathryn and it went super good! It had to be like my firstbaotism ever where we didn't have a ton of problems, cause it went well! I got to baptize her and she couldn't stop smiling when she came out of the water!! Also ya a couple weeks ago, we visited a member who lives in such a sick house right along the river and jungle area. It was night time and the mosquitos were having a BLAST on me. The hermano looked at me and said, "oh don't worry, there's no mosquitos over here." And I wanted to say, hermano I litetally just had 2 of them fly into my ears and I've been smacking my body like SpongeBob and Patrick in that one scene in the SpongeBob movie for the past 20 minutes. The next morning I counted 42 bites on my right ankle, and 26 on my left ankle. I told my comp the next day, "ain't no way I don't get dengue from this." That ni...
