STOP CHASING ME

Hey everyone what's up! This week was so much fun. I've been loving this transfer so much. I literally feel so spoiled and blessed sometimes because how good it's going! I'm a malcriado.


This week we had to do a ton of stuff for the missionaries in our zone to help them out but I really love being able to help! We were still able to have good lessons with our friends though and it's so crazy the love I've already grown for this ward and these people here in Tacalá! They are so nice to me and I love them so much! I was able to meet the bishop this week week and he was so excited for me to be here that he made me fried chicken feet! They were awful.


This Saturday our guy Nilson got baptized. Poor guy was really sad though cause his ex-Señora didn't show up. He was still hyped about being baptized but in the pictures he looks forced against his will to be there and he did cry to us a little bit about his ex. But he still got baptized! Also some 17 year old inactive girl who looked like she could've been 60 who doesn't believe in God and, in the nicest way possible, looks like she might be possessed, pulled up the the baptism and at one point, she sprinted at me with her arms out like she was gonna tackle me, stopped last second, smiled, walked away into an empty dark classroom, and started break dancing by herself. I was very scared and confused.


Also we tell all the little kids here that my comp's brother is Captain America and that my best friend is Mr Beast. These kids go crazy and ask for pictures with us and our autograph lol.


Also this week I found a scripture that I really loved that you should go read. It's in D&C 103:36. It says how every single victory or good thing that happens to us is according to our faith and diligence. Every single blessing comes through our faith. Faith is so powerful and so important. That's why the scriptures say if you don't have faith, you have nothing. If you don't have faith, you can never please God.

Hey everyone merry Christmas! I hope you all had a good Christmas! This week was pretty good we had a lot of stuff happen! So last Wednesday we had out huge mission Christmas party which was lit. We met up with the whole mission and the party didn't end a little after midnight and we still had to get on our bus and get home, so we didn't get to bed til about 2. Then the next morning we got up at 5:30 to get on the bus again and go to Piura again for our Multi zone conference in Piura. Then we came back home on the bus again late that night. Super exhausting but super fun! We've been able to find a good amount of people this week and we've seen a lot of success! It's been super fun lately in our area and me and my comp have so much fun together. On Saturday, we were in the area Mi Perú which is the poorest area in the whole city and the poorest place I've seen in my whole mission. DENGUE AGAIN

Hey how's its going! these last few weeks have been pretty good! A couple weeks ago we had a baptism for Kathryn and it went super good! It had to be like my firstbaotism ever where we didn't have a ton of problems, cause it went well! I got to baptize her and she couldn't stop smiling when she came out of the water!! Also ya a couple weeks ago, we visited a member who lives in such a sick house right along the river and jungle area. It was night time and the mosquitos were having a BLAST on me. The hermano looked at me and said, "oh don't worry, there's no mosquitos over here." And I wanted to say, hermano I litetally just had 2 of them fly into my ears and I've been smacking my body like SpongeBob and Patrick in that one scene in the SpongeBob movie for the past 20 minutes. The next morning I counted 42 bites on my right ankle, and 26 on my left ankle. I told my comp the next day, "ain't no way I don't get dengue from this." That ni...
